User administration#17

A screen where i can:

• create (or remove) users
• define what type of user they are (super admin, admin, manager, owner, user, …)
• and assign (or revoke) the rights they have.
• ideally: should have access to a log file where i can see all activities & events from my team inside Hypervault.
