Speed up the user experience & interface and allow the assignment of tags for each password. Show a tagcloud of most used tags in each password editing/creation window. Allow to click an existing tag to add it, or allow autocomplete of tags based on the names of the already existing tags. Tags could be clientnames, password types, or any kind to allos classification or sorting of passwords.

A search tool should then allow to immediately show all passwords related to one tag or a combination of tags entered in the search box.
